Common questions

How early should I reach the terminal?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the departure time printed on your ticket. Seats are held until departure, and a passenger who has not boarded by then may lose the seat.

Do I need my CNIC to travel?

Yes. Carriers in Pakistan must keep a record of who travelled on each coach, so please carry the CNIC you booked with — it may be checked before boarding.

Can I get off before the end of the route?

On most routes, yes. Our routes price the stops they pass, and that shorter journey costs less than travelling all the way. Choose your stop as the destination when you search.

What can I take with me?

A reasonable amount of personal luggage travels in the hold at no extra cost. Please carry cash, jewellery, documents and anything fragile with you rather than packing it in a bag you hand over.

Can I cancel my ticket?

Yes. Tell us as early as you can so the seat can be offered to someone else. A ticket cancelled at the terminal is refunded in full against the printed ticket.

Can I pay online yet?

Not quite. Card and wallet payments are being set up. Until they are live, please book by phone or at any of our terminals — you can still plan your journey and pick your seat here.
