This notice explains what we do with the information you give us when you travel with us or use this website.
What we collect
When you book a seat we record your name, CNIC number and mobile number. We need the CNIC because carriers in Pakistan are required to keep a record of who travelled on each coach. We also keep the journey itself: the route, the date, the seat and the fare paid.
Why we collect it
- To issue your ticket and hold your seat.
- To contact you if a departure is delayed, moved or cancelled.
- To meet our obligations to the authorities, who may ask for the passenger list of a particular coach.
- To deal with lost property, complaints and refunds.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to advertisers. We share it only with the operator of the coach you are booked on, and with a government authority where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as our accounts and the law require, and are then removed.
Your choices
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to stop sending you messages about offers. Write to us at the head office address, or call the helpline shown at the bottom of this page.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your information we will publish the new notice on this page.
